Campanile Pasquale

CEO and Co-Founder

Campanile Pasquale is an entrepreneur with deep experience in sports and technology, known for his innovative thinking and outstanding leadership. He focuses on promoting technological innovation and business transformation in the sports industry, bringing disruptive changes to the global sports ecosystem.

Campanile Pasquale graduated from Imperial College London with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), focusing on corporate strategy and technological innovation. During this period, he conducted in-depth research on business models and emerging technology applications in the sports industry. In addition, he also holds a bachelor's degree in sports science from the University of Bath, which laid a professional foundation for him to combine sports and technology.

Under his leadership, NW Sports has launched a number of innovative products, from smart training tools to real-time event analysis platforms, providing excellent technical support to participants in the global sports industry. His vision is to redefine the future of the sports industry through technology-driven, creating a more intelligent and interactive experience for athletes and fans.

Cheryl Bennett

Cheryl Bennett joined NW Sports in 2021 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company's finance function. Ms. Bennett is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in diversified retail and consumer-facing businesses. Ms. Bennett previously spent seven years at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, the largest retailer of closeout merchandise and excess inventory in the United States, where she served as Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2020. Under Bennett's leadership, the company's revenue more than doubled from approximately $760 million to approximately $1.8 billion. Stasz held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Sports Authority between 1998 and 2015. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Giles Wheeler serves as Division President, U.S. Franchise. In this role, he leads all aspects of our U.S. Franchise Division including leading the operations, development and construction, vendor management and local marketing execution teams. He joined NW Sports in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations. Prior to joining NW Sports, Mr. Bode held several senior leadership positions at Dunkin' Brands, including serving as Regional Vice President of Dunkin' Donuts Northeast where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of more than 2,600 restaurants. Throughout his tenure at Dunkin’ Brands, Mr. Bode was also responsible for U.S brand compliance and business development along with leadership positions overseeing training, store development, marketing, and franchising. Prior to joining Dunkin' Brands, he was a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Richmond, VA.

Molly Giles joined NW Sports in 2024 as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Keating has over 30 years of leadership experience across hospitality, real estate, operations, and franchise management, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of NW Sports. At NW Sports, Ms. Giles led the strategic direction of the business, increasing operational efficiency and driving scalable growth. Prior to NW Sports, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Previously, she held various positions of increasing responsibility at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations and Compliance, North America, and Senior Vice President of Operations, North Region. Ms. Keating studied business at Western New England University.

Sandra Elinor joined NW Sports in 2017, working at the front desk of the company’s third store before transitioning to the NW Sports Corporate Marketing team. In her role as Chief Brand Officer, she is responsible for leading NW Sports’ brand strategy and working with agencies and the entire organization to ensure the brand vision is brought to life through national and local marketing strategies, creative, brand marketing sponsorships and events, and social media. During her tenure, she has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President of National Marketing. Ms. Elinor has been instrumental in developing and refining NW Sports’ marketing strategy and its differentiated “no judgment” positioning within the fitness industry. Over the past two decades, she has played a key role in creating groundbreaking national marketing campaigns that have built the foundation for the brand, including iconic campaigns such as “Lift Things” and “No Gymtimidation,” and pillar marketing sponsorships such as the brand’s New Year’s Eve celebration in Times Square. Ms. Elinor received her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Woodrow Chesterton joined NW Sports in January 2013 and currently serves as New Creation (Brand) Partner. In this role, she is responsible for leading internal and external communications, brand reputation, social impact and ESG, government relations, HR and headquarters operations. Prior to joining Planet Fitness, Chesterton worked on the global PR team at Dunkin’ Brands. Prior to Dunkin’, she worked at various communications agencies in Boston and Washington, D.C., representing several leading retail brands. Chesterton was named a Top Woman in PR by PR News in 2020. He received a bachelor’s degree in public communications from American University in Washington, D.C., and has served on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manchester, New Hampshire.
